Anti Slavery Statement

1. Opening statement from senior management

1.1. Onroute.io Limited (“Onroute”) is committed to preventing acts of modern slavery and human trafficking from occurring within its business and supply chain, and imposes the same high standards on its suppliers.

1.2. Onroute recognises that modern slavery and human trafficking has no place in modern society yet poses a significant global challenge. We believe it is the role of government and the business community in every country to protect human rights.

2. Structure of the organisation

2.1. Onroute is a leading Field Service Management Platform in the energy sector.

2.3. In order to provide our services to our customer base we work with a range of suppliers, and whilst we acknowledge our supply chain is very low risk, we nevertheless have polices and procedures in place to mitigate the potential risk of modern slavery in our supply chain.

3. Policies

3.1. As part of our commitment to combating modern slavery and human trafficking, we have implemented an anti-slavery policy.

3.2. We also make sure our suppliers are aware of our policies and adhere to the same high standards.

4.1. As part of our efforts to monitor and reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring within our supply chains, we undertake due diligence procedures and if necessary may undertake supplier audits.

5.1. Onroute evaluates the nature and extent of its exposure to the risk of modern slavery occurring in its supply chain.

5.2. We do not consider that we operate in high risk sectors or locations.

5.3. We enforce a strict code of compliance and do not tolerate slavery and human trafficking within our supply chains.

6. Training

6.1. Where relevant to their line of business and function, employees receive training on how to recognise the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. Employees are encouraged to identify and report any potential breaches of our anti-slavery and human trafficking policy.

7. Evolving process and sign off

7.1. We strive to measure the effectiveness of our actions to manage modern slavery risks and engage with a range of stakeholders on this topic. We periodically assess the effectiveness of our policies and practices described in our Modern Slavery Statement, which includes considerations of changing global circumstances and evolving policy environments.

7.2. This statement is made in accordance with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Onroute’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year commencing 6th April 2024 and ending 5th April 2025.
