Service Design
Service design methods allow us to rapidly develop and iterate, for a future with enough flexibility baked in to change direction and move forward. Our method consists of 3 phases - Discovery, Design, and Development.
Discovery & Strategy
Most of the time, users understand their needs better than anyone. Our aim is to gain a full understanding of the problem within the context of the long-term vision of the product. We'll map the customer journey, consider how they interact with your app, defining the ecosystem of users, processes, tools, systems and data that come together to form the user experience.
Architecture & Design
During this phase we will flesh out workflows to produce sketches and wireframes of proposed UI designs. We'll also look at the architecture of your software, what services - if any - you need integrating, and make recommendations on deployment options. Security and data integrity are also top priorities.
Development
We develop using FileMaker's Rapid Application Development platform. This allows us to quickly prototype and deploy apps across Windows, Mac, iOS and the web. Combined with an Agile approach to software development we can quickly adapt to your business' changing needs both during development and after deployment.
Connected Services
Connect your apps to your existing service providers. We can integrate with any service that provides a REST API. We've built Self-Service POS apps that connect to Vend and take payments using Payment Express card terminals, field service software that's connected to Quartix vehicle tracking hardware, CRM solutions that sync with Xero for invoicing. The possibilities are endless.

Business Implementation Lead
John has worked in a wide range of industries including Healthcare, Financial Services, the Legal Sector and Defence to deliver organisational change that requires the initiation and delivery of complex programmes and plans.
He works directly with Operations, HR, IT and Finance at all levels from Executive to operations in both the UK and abroad with a focus on strategy, stakeholder engagement, project initiation, project governance, project delivery, and benefits realisation.
